Battle at the Falls

Join us for a fun one-day event.  We will have questing, a field battle, possibly some tourneys (if we have time), and feasting.  It is going to be a potluk style evnet so bring food if you can.  There is also the chance for lots of hiking in the area. There will be several quest, some involving fighting and others not.  You do not need to bring a tent but if you would like to bring a small day shade you may. There is a very large shelter house we will be utilizing as well as a bathhouse that has bathroom rooms, a sink, runing water, toilets, and all the amenities of civilization.

TRADE DAY! we will be having a trade day. If you have any larp, sca, or related items that you would like to bring out please do. Someone may want to trade with you.

If you would like to camp out before and after the event plase contact the Jackson County Clerk's Officer, (606) 287-7800, campsite rental is $10.00 a night. The sites are primitive but you do have access to the bathhouse. There is also an RV campsite but we do not know the cost on those.

The Story!

After the evil bandits and traiterous Tiss took over the town of Sylvanus the good and civilized Reman people were forced to Flee.  Although these bandits claimed to be liberators and freedom fighters, the decent folk knew better. Sgt. Brannith Marius gathers survivors in the forest so that they may be led to safety. All good and civilized people please rally to the great cause of freedom from banditry, cruelty, and chaos, march with Sgt Brannith!
